When you sign in, we store your email address and the loops (A/B points and video IDs) you save as bookmarks. That's it. We don't collect passwords, payment card numbers, or any other personal information.
Payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Your email is used to send you a one-time sign-in code (OTP) via AWS and to identify your account. We do not send marketing emails.
The loops you save may be used — in anonymised or aggregated form — to surface relevant loops saved by other users on the same video. Think of it as community bookmarks: if many people loop the same bar of music, that's useful to know.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by the services that power the app (AWS for infrastructure, Stripe for payments). We do not use your data for advertising.
We use minimal analytics to understand how the app is used (e.g. how many loops are saved, which features are used). No third-party tracking cookies. No fingerprinting.
Your account and bookmarks are retained for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@looppractise.com and we will remove your data within 30 days.
If you are based in the EU or UK you have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Contact us at hello@looppractise.com.

Loop Practise lets you set A/B loop points on YouTube videos to help you practise music. The free plan includes a limited number of saved bookmarks. The premium plan removes those limits and adds sharing features.
You sign in using your email address and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal — no questions asked. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. Your bookmarks are never deleted when you cancel; they remain accessible on the free plan (subject to free-tier limits).
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@looppractise.com.
Loop Practise embeds videos from YouTube via the YouTube IFrame API. We do not host any video content. YouTube's own terms of service apply to all video playback.
You retain ownership of the loops and tags you create. By using the sharing feature you grant Loop Practise a non-exclusive licence to display your shared loops to other users of the same video.
You agree not to use Loop Practise to circumvent YouTube's terms of service, scrape data, or attempt to interfere with the service.
We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of any significant changes.
Loop Practise is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll update the date at the top of this page.
